Race Control: Gabriel receives grid penalty

After reviewing the Kornfeld GP, Race Control determined that Gabriel unfairly blocked Dominic during an overtaking attempt.

As a result, Gabriel has received Penalty Points and a 2-place grid penalty for the next race.
